Fiber Optic Communications, Inc (FOCI) was established in 1995 by a group of workers from Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) - one of the most prestige scientific centers in Taiwan. FOCI is a manufacturer of high class fiber components. Offered products are used in metro networks and "last mile" installations.
